I live in regional Victoria (for now) and therefore, most of my clients who live overseas connect with me via zoom session. Zoom provides a wonderful platform for a session as it allows me to share your chart with you, and show you exactly how and what I am interpreting in the skies. It also allows you to record the session for your future reference (Please note, zoom does not allow you to record the session from a mobile or iPad). 

• The shooting star offer IS NOT a live session with me. I provide a simple answer via email or short voice recording. It is a quick answer to a single URGENT question for you.
• I will only answer ONE question about an immediate concern in your life.
• This service is for clients who have had a live session with me, and therefore whose chart and energy I am familiar with.
• I reserve the right to refund your purchase price if I feel your question is too intense for the time length (10 minutes) of this offer. 
• Sample of an appropriate question suited to this service: 'I need to purchase an important item this week, what is the best time to do so?"
• Sample of an inappropriate question for this service: "When will I meet my soul mate?"

Of course! A session is really a conversation between us, focusing on your immediate concerns and how they are reflected and potentially resolved in your astrology chart.

That said, predicting such specific things as the arrival of a relationship into your life, or when to try for a baby, takes hours of research, the result of which is hugely dependent upon the karma of the numerous people involved, and as such, I am able to provide GENERAL electional information for you to work with as an individual - such as upcoming good times to do a promotion, travel, go on a diet or sell a house etc. 

My sessions are all about you and your energetic astro chart. What I offer you is a professional reading of that energy, known as divination, through the ancient art of astrology.  All forms of divination are methods of 'tuning in' to the divine realm, its expression and communication through the natural world around us in many forms. Other forms of divination include palmistry, tea and coffee readings, tarot and oracle cards, and omen recognition, to name a few. I am passionate about these arts and may use them in your session with me. 

As such, I do make predictions in my readings, HOWEVER, PLEASE ensure you read the following question: 'What is the surfing metaphor and why do I need to know it' and all Guiding Star disclaimers and refund policies before making a booking with me. 

I am able to provide GENERAL electional astrology information for you to work with, such as upcoming good times to do a promotion, travel, go on a diet or sell a house etc however, please note that this kind of astrology cannot give you a guarantee of success. 

My main offering is to provide life support and guidance through reading your astrology chart. To me, dates and timing are of secondary importance and will be treated as of secondary importance in our session.

An astrology forecast is a lot like a surf report - it will tell you what to expect from the ocean waves.

Similarly, an astrology session will tell you what energetic waves that are unfolding, and how you can work best with that energy to get the most out of life.

Keep in mind that how you choose to work with the energy is always up to you - for example, the surf report might tell you that the waves are going to be great, but have you spent the time to learn how to catch them? 

Truly 'in tune' people know that there are a number of factors influencing the outcome of any form of divination, like astrology. These include, but are not limited to:

• Your own personal karma 
• The karma of any other people involved in your questions 
• Your free will and ability to chose the course of your life 
• Personal talent, willpower, diligence and stamina
• How much you have prepared, or healed your soul for the next phase of your life 

Therefore, while an astrologer can predict the energetic waves that are unfolding, even the world's best astrologers and divinators can only offer 70% accuracy in their specific predictions - the rest is up to you and your soul's journey. It is so important that you realize and embrace this concept before your sessions. 

Knowing your astrology forecast and being prepared is always more helpful than not knowing and simply floundering around in the energetic surf!

When you book a session with me there are spaces for you to fill out your details and select a session time with me. A link to our session will also be forwarded to you in your confirmation email.

What you will need to provide me:

• Any questions you have, or want me to address in our session
• Your preferred name
• Day, time and place of birth so that I can cast your astrology chart in preparation.

All you need to do is include those details, and join the zoom meeting on time for your session!

Life gets busy, hiccups happen and events occur that are often out of our control. If you need to cancel your appointment you can do so up to 24 hours before the session time and I will refund your money.

Any cancellation within 24 hours of the session will not be eligible for a refund, as research and work on your chart will have already been undertaken, as per the Guiding Star Refund Policy. 

Similarly, there are no refunds provided for missed appointments. 

Refunds will only be considered PRIOR to your participation in a session, and on a case by case basis up to 24 hours before your service. Request for a refund 24 hours or less prior to your session, or once you have participated in a session, is not permitted according the to Refund and Return Policy of Guiding Star Astrology.

Refunds will not be given for missed appointments. 

Whatever you chose to do with the information discussed in a session is entirely up to you and at your discretion.

My role is to offer you insight, reflection, and encouragement to support your self-understanding and growth. Astrology is not a substitute for medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice, and I encourage you to consult appropriate professionals for those matters.

4. Personal Responsibility

Your choices and actions following our session are always your own. While I offer my best interpretation and support, I cannot be responsible for outcomes resulting from decisions you make after our time together.

5. Mutual Understanding

By booking or attending a session, you acknowledge that you’ve read and understood these points, and you enter into our time together with openness, respect, and a willingness to explore.

6. Refund Policy

Package purchases and single sessions are non-refundable once the first session (or single session) has taken place. If you need to reschedule, you may do so with at least 24 hours’ notice. Unused package sessions must be taken within a year of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
